Turning User Needs into Software Systems

DSS offers a fresh approach to developing custom software applications.  We work with you, THE CUSTOMER, to identify the types of users specific to your desired system.  We then work with you to identify desired end products for each class of end users.  From that point we identify the necessary functions that the software must perform, develop a software design to meet the functional requirements, and then build the prototype of the product to demonstrate the main functions of the system. 

With the prototype the customer is able to view the user interface screens, examine the end products, and perform hands on evaluation of the product.  Once the customer concurs with the functional product, our engineers develop the features of the system that make it robust: security, on-line help, and error handling.  We then go through a rigorous test period to insure the final product meets the quality standards necessary for deployment.  But our process does not end there.  We are fully committed to the job through planning, deployment, and transition to operations.
